Here are a couple of advices about how to reduce snoring, if you commnent and give another one that helped you then I'll add them to:
- try to go to sleep on regular basics
- try a dental anti snoring device like a snore mouthpiece. More informations on that link/blog.
- smoking can make you snore and cause more sleeping problems
- consult a doctor and tell him/her about your problem. You need his advice in order to make the right decision about snoring
- don't try to be to relaxed, I mean on muscles because it can make snoring more possible.
These are a couple of general reduce snoring methods but I cannot guarantee that are going to work because you are so different from the other millions of persons that are snoring. But, try to do something because I've seen on twitter that there are many people that cannot sleep because of a snoring partener and this is not good.
