So, before you choose something to quit snoring (I mean a product you find on the net) you may know that this factors may contribute to snoring:
- overweight
- smoking
- sleep apnea and breathing problems during the night
There are other snoring problems and you may find them out and you may already know them. People tend to have snoring problems during the winter, in december, according to google trends: http://www.google.com/trends?q=snoring it's an intersting statistic and according to it, in my oppion, it means that many snoreers tend to have this problem because of the weather, not because of a very problem. So, quit snoring is not so complicated, just take care of your health or just eliminate snoring.
